  • Clearer ownership for studios and training content — New creator tracking on studios, rubrics, and core training content makes it easier for leaders to see who owns what and streamline governance and reviews.
  • More organized admin controls — The redesigned admin page groups tools into intuitive sections (Support & Access, Studio Management, Testing & QA, Content Generation) so you can find and manage the right levers faster.
  • Safer practice and broadcast management — Access rules and button states are now more consistent (for example, limiting on‑the‑fly practice deletion and disabling broadcasts when no recipients are selected), helping admins maintain cleaner, more controlled training environments.

✨ User Experience Improvements

  • Smoother practice and assignment flows — Practice sessions, assignments, and related pages now behave more predictably, reducing friction for reps moving through their coaching and training tasks.
  • Cleaner, more consistent AI tools — AI content generator buttons and Ask Studio controls have been aligned with the rest of the app’s design, making it easier for reps to recognize and use AI assistance confidently.
  • More intuitive studio navigation — Improvements like ordered studio lists, wrapped text in Ask Studio, and removal of duplicate buttons create a more polished experience for reps and managers working across multiple studios.

  • Faster, more reliable reporting insights — The reports agent now uses a faster model and optimized flows, delivering report matches and analytics noticeably quicker while reducing interruptions across AI-powered evaluations and ingestion.
