What’s New in Salesably — Week of October 25–31, 2025
This week is all about cleaner coaching workflows and more control for leaders. Admins get sharper account and rubric management, while reps see smoother practice experiences, clearer AI guardrails, and a more intuitive Conversation Analyzer.
🔧 Admin Updates
- Cleaner reporting for leadership: Internal Salesably test studios are now excluded from admin statistics, so your dashboards and trends reflect only real seller activity.
- Safer rubric governance: Rubrics that are in global use can no longer be deleted, helping you maintain consistent scoring standards across teams.
- Stronger account hygiene: Supervisors can now deactivate or remove their supervisees’ accounts directly, making it easier to keep studio rosters accurate and up to date.
✨ User Experience Improvements
- Faster “On-the-fly” coaching access: When On-the-fly is the only module enabled, results now show clearly and can be surfaced on the home page, so reps and managers can jump straight into the most relevant practice feedback.
- More guided, privacy-aware call analysis: The PII Redaction option in Conversation Analyzer is now front and center with clearer explanations, making it easier to protect sensitive information when uploading audio.
- Smoother practice & chat flows: Takeaways save more reliably, voiceover text stays clean without duplication, and the chat agent interface is simpler (no extra “+” button), helping reps stay focused on coaching instead of UI clutter.
Performance & Reliability
- More consistent app access and navigation: Improvements to how the app loads and routes between pages result in steadier access to key areas like positioning pages and the home experience.
